Jill Bender - Front Office Coordinator
Jill Bender is our front office coordinator. She is knowledgeable in cosmetic surgery and provides patients with valuable information. Working closely with the medical staff, she stays up to date with new products and technology in order to educate prospective patients during their initial phone call to our office.
Jill understands that patients seeking information regarding cosmetic surgery are sometimes apprehensive and she always does her best to facilitate a smooth transition between the first phone call to the office visit and consultation.

Veronica (Ronnie) Mack - Cosmetic Patient Coordinator
Ronnie’s job is to educate patients regarding the rapidly changing world of surgical and non-surgical procedures. She takes pride in making people feel at ease while explaining in detail all of the options available.
“It’s great to live in an era when we can actually look as young as we feel. But many people seeking a cosmetic surgery consultations are somewhat nervous and anxious during their initial visit. I try to address these concerns and ease their apprehension, providing as much clinical material as possible to make sure they make the decision that’s best for them. Tammi Snoke - Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Tammi has vast experience as an aesthetician. Since graduating from the International Dermal Institutes in King of Prussia and Alma Lasers of Princeton NJ, Tammi has worked in various medical spas treating patients with skin care needs and concerns. Tammi’s focus is on education as well as treatment.
To truly maintain and preserve skin integrity, she helps you follow a skin care regimen, utilizing quality products along with in-office treatments specially tailored to your individual needs. Healthy and beautiful skin can be yours with the right treatments and programs. Tammi’s warm personality and friendly disposition are sure to make everyone feel at ease.

Lucretia Keefer - CST, CPCT, SAAM
Lucretia Keefer, CST, CPCT, SAAM has been working as a surgical assistant with the Dr. Chowdary for the past 7 years. In addition to offering permanent make-up in our Medical Spa, Lucretia functions as a Surgical Technician during procedures in our office. She makes sure the rooms are ready, then assists patients before, during and after all procedures.
Some of her duties include suture removal, coordination of any further treatments, even helping patients with ordering prescriptions. If Doctor Chowdary is ever unavailable because he is with other patients, you can count on Lucretia to answer all of your questions.
