About Breast Lifts
Sagging breasts: determined by the location of the nipple in relation to the breast mound. If the nipple is at or just below its normal location but the breast descended below the nipple, breast augmentation may be all that is necessary.
Ptosis of the breast is graded based on the location of the nipple in relation to the breast crease.
Mild sagging of the breasts can be corrected with incisions around the nipple. Moderate to severe sagging needs either a short scar or full mastopexy.

Breast Lift Procedure
A combination of breast augmentation with lift may be necessary to create a fuller breast. Surgery can be accomplished in about 2.5 - 3 hours, either with general or local anesthesia/sedation. Recovery usually takes place within one to two weeks.
